Igen, nagyon fontos az " egyensúly", de nem figyelmeztet arra, hogy mennyit lehet inni belőle, ami ténylegesen egészséges. A családban valaki alkalmazta a "híres " itókát( szándékosan nem írom le a nevét ) és cukros lett mert a hasnyálmirigyre ráment. Erről beszéljenek....

Szerintem ez egy fantasztikus könyv és amióta elolvastam másra sem vágyom, minthogy kipróbálhassam a könyv által ajánlott Mayr-kúrát. Ez azonban még nem sikerült, mert nem találok olyan orvost, vagy természetgyógyászt, aki ambulánsan is alkalmazza ezt a kezelési formát. Néhányan, akiknél érdekl?ttem bentlakásos kúrát ajánlottak, de sajnos az nekem egy kicsit sokba kerül. Nagyon örülnék, ha valaki tudna ajánlani itt a fórumon egy szakembert, aki Budapesten rendel és ambulánsan alkalmazza a Mayr-kúrát.
